If you are using a free email address, such as one from Yahoo, your emails and submission reports may be put in the spam folder. So it is very important that you white list my email address. Yahoo is particularly bad about doing this. I generally acknowledge all orders within 24 hours (usually within a few hours). So if you don’t hear from me, first check your spam folder.

I will contact you every step of the way to let you know what submissions have been made. Please note that some article networks do not give out the URL of published articles, they only let me know that they have submitted the articles. You can find these articles by going to Google and searching with the name of your article in quotes. That will tell you which submissions they have found and indexed. I would suggest that you do this each week. You’ll find more and more articles indexed. At the end of the process, I’ll also send you your article, the spun version of your article, and the location of your major directory submissions.
